ROLL CALL Members Present: George Barrett Michael Baptiste Mary Davey-Morley Charles Klueber Alan Slavin PRELIMINARY BUSINESS Approval of meeting minutes: March 19, 2007 & August 25, 2008. MOTION: A motion was made & seconded to approve the meeting minutes of March 19, 2007 & August 25, 2008. VOTE: Unanimous (5-0-0) Form A – Peter Fernandez, c/o Charles L. Rowley & Associates Present before the Board – Charles Rowley, Charles Rowley & Associates Mr. Rowley explained that Lot 1029-C & Lot 1029-A were split up. A question was raised re: septic, but it was noted it does not come into play until the property changes hands or the septic fails. Lot 1015 has an existing septic & Lot 1029-A, but the same applies as stated above. The Board concurred to approve the Form A for Peter Fernandes. Discussion: Gary Cananzey – Bay Pointe Present before the Board: Gary Cananzey Mr. Cananzey updated the Board on how they want to move forward (Bay Pointe). He wants to know if there is cause to get a zoning change. He referenced what former Planning Board Chairman, Anthi Frangiadis had proposed for a new zoning setup, for example, a business commercial zone. Brief discussion ensued. Mr. Barrett will get plans for the zoning change for Mr. Cananzey. Questions were asked re: the condo association at Bay Pointe. Mr. Cananzey stated they have gone back to an association to better explain what Bay Pointe is trying to do. They are ready to move forward. He noted that Bay Pointe is working w/ the Wareham Housing Authority to put together a seniors program. Jobs will also be created in several different areas. He wants to make sure the new program will help Wareham residents first. The idea is to develop a golfing condo for snow birds w/ a section of rental units. Copies of the plan for a working business/zoning that will fit will be provided. The Board members concurred to hold a workshop meeting on Monday, July 20th to discuss this proposal. Mr. Barrett will ask _________ to attend this meeting. Resubmittal of site plan for 361 Main St. – Ryan Correia Present before the Board: Ryan Correia Mr. Correia submitted revised plans to the Board.
